Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle communication with vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist in travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports
  • Order and manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and tidy.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Track and manage office inventory, including office supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages,

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.
