Our Management driven Quality objective goals were once again reiterated by the “Middle Management Training”. The goal was to identify individuals in each division/department, who had the potential to be groomed as middle management leader with proper training. The division directors identified such individuals who were trained by external training specialist. on the “Essentials Skills for High-Performance Managers 101”. The training was conducted for 2 groups starting from Feb 5th to Feb 16th, 2017 (both days included). These selected persons were trained by a trainer who was chosen for his excellent resume in the field of training and also for his vast clientele.

The training covered the following areas:

• Managerial Roles.

• Team Building & Teamwork Essentials.

• Effective Communication & Coaching Skills.

• Trust & Accountability.

• Creative Problem

• Trust & Accountability.

• Creative Problem

• Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making.

Our management will monitor the implementation of these attributes in the daily work sphere of the participants, so that deserving candidate can be patted for their successful contribution to the company’s growth.
